PCS has been cleaning Kingsdale School since 2001 and security services since 2003. I have always found the company professional and responsive; the standards the company achieves in the school are consistently high and help create a clean and safe environment for our children, staff and visitors. The company provides a large team of evening cleaners under strong supervision, along with a smaller number of daytime cleaning staff; the security is on site through the night and at weekend.

One of the things we value greatly is that they treat their own staff with respect and they have provided a consistent, well-trained and capable team throughout the duration of the contract (9 years). The training and vetting of their staff has been a critical factor in their success. We value training and development and have always felt PCS Group is at the forefront of support services providers in this respect.

I would highly recommend this company's services and dedication to any business or organization.

If I had to state the noticeable differences when working with PCS, I would have to say they have consistently provided internal and external cleaning services to a very high standard. They fully comply with all of the FCA's Health & Safety requirements. They also share the FCA views on Corporate Responsibility. They bring more of a human element to cleaning services which makes them a joy to work with.
