Our staff are available to let people into your premises, at your request, ensuring I.D is checked and permittance authorised. A full report is generated for you outlining events and occurrences at the end of each month. Keyholding can be carried out for clients of both small and large businesses. Our team can help solve any security issues and make your out-of-hours management of the building a little easier.

Concierge
To complement our Security Service, we are able to provide our clients with smartly presented security concierges. They are able to provide a full reception service while maintaining the highest of security standards. All of our Security Concierge staff are trained in all aspects of front-of-house building management and customer service, as well as security trained and holding Security Industry Authority Licences.
Concierges can be provided for evening, and night shifts. Reception staff can be confident that they can end their shifts in the evening in time for a full security walk-down of the building to be carried out.
Our concierges will control the security checklists for the remaining personnel in the building, and will liaise with the cleaning team’s supervisor to ensure smooth running of services.
We maintain a roster of highly approachable SIA Licensed staff, enabling us to find cover for your company with ease.
