The modern layout of the interiors of the HTC locations enables access for effective and thorough cleaning. We are able to employ complete environmentally focused methods and ensure that disposal of all fluids is conducted in a safe manner. Recycling rates are increasing throughout the locations and we are well on our way to reaching our goal of 80% of the waste being recycled.
The PCS Group have been looking after many aspects of the Facilities Management for multiple HTC locations for a number of years. Our specialist security arm, Cadogan King, is responsible for maintaining the specialist security services to protect the HTC buildings, staff, and visitors. The company has worked alongside HTC to provide barrier security, regular patrols, and key holding services. All of our security staff undergo thorough training.
Our dedicated maintenance teams are able to provide a fast and efficient service to all HTC’s needs from new signage, door and window repairs, to full refurbishment. This, of course, also includes all the other minor repairs that need attention due to general and every-day wear and tear.
In managing pest control for the HTC locations, we are not only ensuring that areas remain free from rodents and scavenging insects, but also ensuring there is safe removal of nesting animals and birds as well as safe rehoming of bees.
