Welcome to the PCS Group Newsletter! |

A Happy New Year from the PCS Group!
This is the fourth issue of the PCS Group Newsletter. We publish on a quarterly basis with the aim of keeping our clients, employees and partners informed of changes and events occurring within our business and to celebrate the achievements of our people. The Newsletter is exclusively emailed, which contributes to our environmental agenda by reducing the need to print marketing material and communications.
As usual, it’s been a busy time at PCS. The Credit Crunch arrived, and as in previous recessions, we have proved that by listening and responding to our clients’ needs, we not only survive but thrive. Business is busier than ever and we are delighted to report a prosperous start to the New Year.
Vote for Your Employee of the Month!
You’ll notice that we have nominated an Employee of the Month. This is voted for by Contract Managers and Senior Management, who conduct impromptu visits to make their own assessment of employees who are working to a particularly high standard. If clients are impressed by an individual, they should mention their name to their Contract Manager, who will take the employee into consideration for recognition. Successful employees receive a cash reward and a certificate and their picture will be featured here, going a little way, we hope, towards providing the reward and recognition that our people deserve.
Tell Us What You Think
If you have any news or thoughts on articles that you feel should appear here, please email Anna Glynn at aglynn@thepcsgroup.co.uk. She will be delighted to hear your ideas. |

Employee of the Month Award |
| |

This time, our Employee of the Month is Abdul Bangura who works as our Supervisor at Chalfont Community College.
Abdul has worked for us for 5 years. When asked to describe him, his Contract Manager Rob Haiu said “He's very reliable. IN fact, he has never missed a day. He always responds positively and regularly goes the extra mile without being prompted. He offers a real hands on-approach and is a truly hard working individual.”
Congratulations Abdul!
