The Training Consortium

| The company provides a range of Training Courses (NVQ) open to staff, including: |
- IT: introduction & advanced
- Self improvement and team leadership training and mentoring
- English as a second language

These courses are run both at our Kings Cross offices and with local providers. The company is a significant stakeholder in the 'The Training Consortium' and support closely its work in the 'Waste Training Consortium' with unemployed Islington residents. These courses are geared to providing course participants a platform from which to seek and gain employment within the construction industry.
